The Phantom's Love

I had watched the movie “THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA” and it’s so nice. This movie is about love triangle. It’s about sacrifice and forgiveness. A love triangle between beautiful lady Christine Daae. She has to choose between her long lost childhood sweetheart and her angel of music who thought her how to sing.

In this situation, Christine followed her heart and she chooses her childhood sweetheart, Raoul. I do agree that Raoul is the right man for her but the real protagonist in this movie is the phantom. If he is the villain in this movie, the Phantom of the opera would not be the title of the movie, because it is his name.

For me he is the protagonist and the same time the antagonist. It’s his life that was featured in the movie. The situations of his life made him do all the bad things his done to so many people, but there is a weakness that lies on him. His love to a girl whom he treats well and thought how to sing.

Christine Daae is the lady I am talking about. Her lovely amusing voice made the ghost of the opera house fell in love with her. The phantom realized that he is not the one who Christine truly loved thus he set Christine free. He sacrifices his love for the girl, because he wants to see Christine happy in the arms of the person who loved her and the same time he loved.

In real life, these happenings do exist. You may loose your love one because he or she is not truly destined for you. Thus we have to understand that all things happened for a reason. Maybe God is planning for a better person for us. We must learn how to set free things that are not destined for us. The phantom truly loved Miss Daae in the way of setting her free and making her happy.
